Read a Clock is a small educational site for learning analog time. You can use the clock, quiz, and worksheets without creating an account. This policy explains what we may see and what stays in your browser.
Information we collect
We do not ask children to enter names, email addresses, school names, or classroom details to use the learning tools.
- Google Analytics tells us basic site usage, such as page views, browser type, device type, approximate location, and referring pages.
- If you use the feedback form, we receive whatever you choose to write in that form.
- Worksheet questions are generated in your browser. The site may store a small browser record so the next worksheet is less likely to repeat the last one.
How we use information
We use analytics to see which pages people use, find broken pages, and decide what lessons or worksheets to improve. Some pages also send simple interaction events, such as starting a quiz, choosing an answer, printing a worksheet, or asking for new questions. These events do not include names, free-text responses, or clock answers. We use feedback responses to fix problems or review suggestions. We do not sell personal information.
Analytics and third-party services
Read a Clock uses Google Analytics. Google may process information such as page views, browser details, device information, approximate location, and cookies or similar identifiers under Google's own privacy practices.
Feedback may be sent through the embedded widget or the Google Forms link. The widget receives your message, feedback type, page address, and any email you choose to provide. Google processes submissions made through its form.
Children's privacy
The site is made for children, parents, and teachers, but children should not enter personal information here. Please do not put a child's full name, school, address, email, or other private details in a feedback message.
Your choices
You can block cookies or analytics scripts with browser settings or privacy tools. You can also clear browser data to remove local worksheet records. Some settings may stop the feedback form or analytics script from loading.
